Three-Year Limited Parts Warranty For Complete Systems
3-year warranty on complete system components from original invoice date (system components is defined as all major component inside the case, excluding special order items). A complete system is defined as an operational cpu unit assembled by NKOL LLC which includes an operating system. NKOL LLC will replace or repair any system component for a period of 3 years from the invoice date. If a replacement component is no longer available or is discontinued, NKOL LLC reserves the right to substitute the component for an equivalent part, or offer an upgrade option. Custom configured systems carry a 1-year limited warranty.

Lifetime Limited Labor Warranty For Complete Systems
NKOL LLC will repair any complete system purchased from NKOL LLC. However, if the need for repair was due to customer negligence (at NKOL LLC's discretion) or is in any way the fault of the customer (at NKOL LLC's discretion), NKOL LLC reserves the right to charge the customer for the cost of labor at NKOL LLC's current hourly labor rate.

30-day Money-Back Guarantee On Complete Systems
Every NKOL LLC complete system includes a 30-day money-back guarantee (may be subject to a 15% restocking fee). Shipping and handling or open software are non-refundable.

Parts Warranty
Every retail part or hard drive that NKOL LLC carries has a full manufacturer's warranty. If your retail part is defective within 30 days from the date of the original invoice, you will receive a replacement part from NKOL LLC. If your retail part should fail after 30 days of the original invoice date, your manufacturer's warranty is in effect and the product will be returned by NKOL LLC to the manufacturer for repair or replacement (shipping charges may apply). OEM (original equipment manufacturer) parts, except for processors, have a full one-year NKOL LLC warranty. If your oem part is defective within one year from the date of the original invoice, you will receive a replacement part from NKOL LLC. If a replacement oem part is no longer available or is discontinued, NKOL LLC reserves the right to substitute the oem product for an equivalent part or offer an upgrade option. OEM processors carry a 30-day NKOL LLC warranty only. NKOL LLC is in no way responsible for the incompatibility, assembly of and / or integration of kits, bare bone systems and / or parts purchased from NKOL LLC with other components not purchased from NKOL LLC. If parts returned as defective to NKOL LLC for replacement or refund are tested by NKOL LLC technicians and found to be in correct working order, customers are subject to a $35.00 diagnostic fee, in addition to any shipping and handling charges incurred by NKOL LLC, at NKOL LLC's discretion. Additionally, a 15% restocking fee may be applied to such parts claimed to be defective and returned for refund.

30-Day Money-back Guarantee on Parts
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your NKOL LLC purchase, just return it to NKOL LLC within 30 days of the date of original invoice for a refund (the original purchase price minus any applicable restocking fee (shipping charges are non-refundable). At NKOL LLC's discretion, a 15% restocking fee may be applied to any returned product. See NKOL LLC REFUND POLICY. An RMA# number is required for all returned items.

90-Day Warranty on used parts and computer systems
All used hardware and computer systems come with a 90 day warranty unless otherwise specified on the invoice.
